Delete data we hold

Three acts are separate. Doing one does not do the others.

Wipe the device. Records that never left the phone stay on the phone until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. We cannot erase what we never received.

Delete the cloud account. Email support@unitlabs.in from the address you used to sign in. Put the product name and the words account deletion in the subject. Say that you want the account and the server data we hold for it deleted. We can ask you to confirm the address is yours. A verified request is aimed at 30 days.

Sign out. Signing out ends the session on that device. It does not delete the account.

What a deletion does not cancel

Deleting data we hold does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel that in the store. The store, and a payment provider, can keep their own records. A backup you exported yourself stays where you put it.
