These terms cover unitlabs.in and every Unit Labs app and game, including titles that do not exist yet. Using a product means these terms, the Refunds policy, and the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use it.
A product can add its own terms on this site, such as Filament terms, Dotwell terms, Afterlane terms, and DailyReport terms. They add detail for that product. Where the two differ for that product, the product terms apply.
unitlabs.in is a catalog. It is not a store, and it is not the app. Each app and game is the product. Features can change. We can add, change, or stop a part of a product.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the product as offered. You do not receive ownership of the software, the name, or the design. You may not copy the product to build a competing one, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
Some features need an account. Sign-in, when a product offers it, can use a Google account or email. You are responsible for activity under that account and for keeping the sign-in secure. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
A paid feature, when a product offers one, is billed by the store. Unit Labs does not take your card number. Price, renewal, and cancellation follow the store. A request to delete data we hold does not cancel a store subscription.
All sales are final. Unit Labs does not give refunds, credits, or exchanges, except where the Refunds policy or a law that cannot be waived says otherwise. A store can refund under its own policy, and the purchase can then be removed. The full rules are in Refunds, which forms part of these terms.
Do not use a product for fraud or other unlawful activity. Do not break into, disrupt, or overload the service or another person's data. Do not scrape a product beyond ordinary use. Do not abuse sign-in, billing, or deletion. Do not present a shop draft or a news summary as an official filing or as a ruling on the truth.
Records you enter, such as shop books or a receipt, stay yours. News lines can come from other publishers, who keep their rights. Unit Labs names, branding, and the way a product is put together are ours or our licensors'. Feedback you send can be used to improve a product without a duty to pay you.
A free tier can show ads, and that app asks for consent inside the app when the law requires it. This catalog does not show ads and does not set cookies. A site you open from a product has its own terms.
You can stop using a product at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if there is abuse or legal risk, or if a product ends. Sections that should survive, including licence, disclaimers, liability, and governing law, survive.
Products are provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. A news summary or a trust label is a coverage signal. It is not legal advice, investment advice, or a ruling on what is true. A shop tool is not a bank, a tax filing, or accounting advice. You and your advisor remain responsible for filings and for decisions you make from the product.
To the extent the law allows, Unit Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, from your use of a product. Liability for a product is limited to the fees you paid Unit Labs for that product in the twelve months before the claim, or nothing if you only used free features, except where the law does not allow that limit.
You will cover Unit Labs against claims that come from your data, your misuse, your filings, or the way you run a shop or publish a claim, to the extent the law allows.
These terms use the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
We can update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the update where the law allows that.
