What these cover

These terms cover the Dotwell game for Android and these Dotwell pages. They add detail to the Unit Labs terms and the Refunds policy, which also apply. Where they differ for Dotwell, these terms apply. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not play.

Your licence

Unit Labs gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Dotwell on devices you own or control. You do not own the game, its glyphs, its sound, or its name. Do not copy, resell, rent, or modify the game, or take it apart, except where the law allows you to. Dotwell is an original puzzle and is not affiliated with other falling-block games.

Free and Plus

The base game is free on Google Play. Marathon, Sprint, today's Daily, and campaign stages 1 to 5 stay free. Dotwell Plus is an optional one-time in-app purchase. Google Play shows the price and processes the payment.

Plus adds the rest of the campaign, Zen, Timed, and the Paper and Rouge themes. It does not buy a score. Plus stays tied to the Google account you bought it with, and you can restore it from Settings on a new install.

No refunds

All sales are final. Unit Labs does not refund Dotwell Plus, including for a change of mind, a purchase made by mistake, or a save lost by clearing storage or uninstalling. Restore the purchase instead. The full rules, and the exceptions the law requires, are in Refunds.

Google Play can decide on its own to refund a purchase under its policy. If it does, Plus is removed from the game.

Your saves

Progress, settings, and scores stay on your phone. There is no Dotwell account server, so Unit Labs cannot recover a lost save. Uninstalling or clearing storage deletes it for good. If you sign in to Play Games, Google stores your achievements and leaderboard scores.

Fair play

Do not cheat the Play Games leaderboards or achievements, tamper with the game to unlock Plus without buying it, or use it to harm anyone. Scores gained by cheating can be removed, and we can refuse support where a purchase or a score has clearly been altered.

Updates

We can change rules, modes, stages, and balance in an update on Google Play. Plus keeps the features it lists, though they can be tuned. We can update these terms, and the date at the top changes when we do.

No warranty

Dotwell is provided as it is offered on Google Play, without a promise that it will run without errors on every device. Nothing here takes away a right you have under consumer law where you live.

Liability and law

The limits of liability, the governing law, and the way disputes are handled are set out in the Unit Labs terms. In short, liability is limited to what you paid for Dotwell Plus in the 12 months before the claim, or nothing if you played only the free game, except where the law does not allow that limit. The laws of India apply.
