Email support@unitlabs.in. That mailbox is the support channel for Dotwell. There is no account system and no form on this site, so email is the way to reach Unit Labs. This page does not store a message before you send it.

What to send

• A bug, or a rule that felt wrong. Use the subject "Dotwell support". Say what you did, and what the well did instead.
• Dotwell Plus. Say whether Google Play shows the purchase, and include the order number from the receipt. Never send a password or a card number.
• Privacy. Use the subject "Dotwell privacy".
• Deleting your data. Use the subject "Dotwell data deletion request", and read the deletion page first.

What we can see

Your scores and settings stay on your phone. A support email does not include them unless you describe them. There is no game server that stores player saves.
