Your save on the phone
Scores, settings, campaign progress, Marathon resume, and the Plus unlock flag are stored by the game on your phone. Delete them at any time by uninstalling Dotwell, or in Android Settings, then Apps, then Dotwell, then Storage, then Clear storage. That deletes the game data on that phone at once. Unit Labs holds no other copy of the save. If Plus is still on your Google account, you can restore it from Settings after you reinstall. Deleting data does not refund a purchase. See Refunds.
Mail you sent us
If you emailed us, we may hold that address and the message. To ask for those records to be deleted, write to support@unitlabs.in with the subject "Dotwell data deletion request". Include the email address you used, the approximate dates of the messages if you know them, and a note that you want those records deleted. Never send a password. We delete support mail within 30 days of a verified request, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Play Games and purchases
Play Games achievements and leaderboard scores are held by Google. Manage or delete them in your Google Account and in the Play Games settings. Payment and purchase history are held by Google Play. A review you left on the store is edited or removed in the Play Store. Unit Labs does not keep a separate copy of any of these.
What is deleted and what is kept
Clearing storage or uninstalling deletes Dotwell data on that phone. Google can keep Play Games and purchase records under its own retention policies. The same points are in the privacy policy.
