Email support@unitlabs.in. That mailbox is the support channel for Afterlane. There is no Unit Labs account and no form on this site, so email is the way to reach Unit Labs. Play Games sign-in, if you use it, is a Google account, not an account with us. This page does not store a message before you send it.

What to send

• A bug, or a hop that felt wrong. Use the subject "Afterlane support". Say what you did, and what the lane did instead.
• Ink, a cosmetic, or Paper Pass. Say whether Google Play shows the purchase, and include the order number from the receipt. Never send a password or a card number.
• Play Games sign-in, or a save that did not come back. Say whether you signed in. Never send a password.
• Privacy. Use the subject "Afterlane privacy".
• Deleting your data. Use the subject "Afterlane data deletion request", and read the deletion page first.

What we can see

Your score, Ink, and settings stay on your phone. If you sign in to Play Games, Google holds a copy of that save. Unit Labs does not. A support email does not include the save unless you describe it. There is no game server that stores player saves.
