Your save on the phone
Scores, Points, Ink, cosmetics, stamp progress, and settings are stored by the game on your phone. Delete them in Afterlane, then Settings, then Store, then Clear local progress. You can also uninstall Afterlane, or in Android Settings, then Apps, then Afterlane, then Storage, then Clear storage. That deletes the game data on that phone at once. Unit Labs holds no other copy of the save. If you are signed in to Play Games, clearing local progress also replaces the saved game Google holds. Deleting data does not refund a purchase or cancel Paper Pass. See Refunds.
Mail you sent us
If you emailed us, we may hold that address and the message. To ask for those records to be deleted, write to support@unitlabs.in with the subject "Afterlane data deletion request". Include the email address you used and, if a purchase is involved, the order number from the store receipt. Never send a password. We delete support mail within 30 days of a verified request, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Purchases and Paper Pass
Payment, purchase history, and the Paper Pass subscription are held by Google. One-time purchases and the subscription are separate records. Cancel Paper Pass in the store, under payments and subscriptions, at least 24 hours before it renews. Manage purchase records in your Google Account. If a purchase is still on that account, the unlock can come back when you reinstall.
Play Games saved game
The Play Games saved game is held by Google, not by Unit Labs. It is the same progress the phone stores. Delete it in your Google Account and in the Play Games settings. Uninstalling the game does not delete that copy. Clearing local progress while signed in replaces it with the cleared save.
What is deleted and what is kept
Clearing local progress, clearing storage, or uninstalling deletes Afterlane data on that phone. Google can keep the Play Games saved game, and purchase and subscription records, under its own retention policies. The same points are in the privacy policy.
