Sale and sharing

Unit Labs does not sell personal information for money. We do not share it with data brokers. This page is the "do not sell or share" notice for US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended.

Ads

On the free tier, Google may show ads. If you allow personalized ads, some state laws treat that as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To limit that:

• Use the consent message in the app, where it is shown, and refuse or withdraw personalized ads.
• Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, and turn off ad personalization in Google settings.
• Subscribe to Plus if you want the ad-free reading described in the app. Plus is optional and billed by Google Play.
• Or write to support@unitlabs.in with the subject "DailyReport privacy choices" and the Google account email you use in the app.

We will treat a verified email as an opt-out of sale or sharing by Unit Labs. We cannot switch off Google's own advertising tools except through the controls above and Google's own settings.

Sensitive information

We do not use the topics you turn up or down to infer your health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or political opinions for advertising. If a state law gives you a right to limit use of sensitive personal information, write to the address above and we will confirm how it applies to the data we actually hold.

Requests

You can ask to know, correct, or delete personal information, and you can opt out, using Deletion or the email above. We will not deny the app, charge a different price, or reduce quality because you exercised a privacy right. Plus is an optional extra. Refusing Plus is not a penalty.

Appeal

If we deny a privacy request, reply to that email and ask for an appeal. Say what you want reconsidered. We will answer the appeal.

Authorized agents

Someone else may send a request for you if they show they are authorized, for example with a signed permission. We may still ask you to confirm that the request is yours.
