What a bite is
A bite is a short report, about 40 to 60 words, of what other outlets have published. DailyReport is not the original publisher. Editors decide what is published. A bite can compress a story in a way that drops context, and it can be wrong.
The trust score
The score reflects how widely independent outlets report the same thing, including when the picture looks thin or in conflict. It is not a fact-check, not a ruling on truth, and not a decision about any person.
How to ask
Write to support@unitlabs.in with the subject "DailyReport correction". Include the headline or a link to the bite, what is wrong or unfair, and the correction you want, with a source if you have one. If the bite names you, say so. We may ask for enough detail to verify the request.
What we may do
We will review a complete request. We may correct the bite, update it, remove it, or leave it and tell you why. We do not promise to publish every complaint, and we do not promise a particular wording. If the concern is that the bite uses your copyright or is unlawful, use the copyright and notices page as well.
The original article
The outlet named on the card published the underlying story. A correction on DailyReport does not correct that outlet. Follow the link on the card for the original, and contact that publisher about their piece.
Not advice
Bites are not financial, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Do not rely on a bite for a decision. Open the original article.
